A freelance artist and heritage volunteer, I have a deep love of sculpting and painting with many skills to offer the world of professional modelmaking.

Skills-

Painting-

Controlled brushwork for painting small and detailed pieces.

Accuracy with and understanding of airbrushes of various configurations. 

Understanding of colour and the making of colour schemes.

Versatility in my ability to apply multiple mediums and techniques to projects. 

Knowledge and ability to visualise volumes and light effects on them.

Sculpting-

Working with clays and epoxies over a range of scales.

Sculpting digitally with experience in both high and low poly projects as well as retopologizing for texturing and printing.

Kitbashing and scratch-building using preexisting models and raw materials.

Software skills-

Knowledge and experience working in AutoDesk Maya and Zbrush for hard and soft body modelling and sculpting.

Competence in Adobe package software primarily Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition and Illustrator. 

Understanding of texturing in substance designer, painter and Photoshop.

Experience slicing and supporting models for resin printing.

• The Polar Museum, August 2024 - present, Volunteer,

  • Monitoring the shop, running the till, replenishing stocks and aiding visitors.

  • Greeting visitors from the front desk, guiding them around the museum and providing them with any resources they need.

​

• The Fitzwilliam Museum, July 2022 to August 2024, Front of house host, Additional work.

  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors working at both the front desk and at the start of exhibitions.

  • Guiding visitors around the museum, providing insight about the collection and building.

  • Supporting other departments as an extra pair of hands. Such as working events, assisting with exhibition deinstall, aiding education with school visits, running the Islanders VR experience, bringing it to the Cyprus embassy in London and training their staff to run it.

  • Guarding the collection, making sure no pieces are damaged and stopping visitors from getting too close.

  • Efficiently processing gowns on a production line, folding and preparing them for shipping.

  • Managing orders of graduation sets getting them ready for delivery. Receiving orders through a database. Finding the parts throughout the warehouse and packing them together for shipping.

  • Supporting and leading the hanging of art in both domestic and gallery settings.

 

• Waterbeach Summer at the Beach, Arts Festival in decommissioned army barracks 2017-2024, Volunteer, Collections Assistant, Installer, Exhibitor, Web designer,

  • Developing and designing a website to showcase the event and artists.

  • Assisting in collection storage. The packing and cataloguing art held in permanent storage at the exhibition site.
